Mechanical work at height
We have collaborated on many projects, which have involved enormous technical challenges. We have powerful lifting systems with a lifting capacity of up to 300m, as well as other smaller traction/lifting systems with pulley support for small operations.
At La Línea Vertical Petroleum Services we have motorized suspended platforms for painting, coating, concrete repair, welding or assembly work that requires precision. In addition, we execute welding at height, following the client’s procedure and being able to carry out, a posteriori, the non-destructive tests that prove the good execution of the same.
We carry out the installation of emission control systems, including drilling the shaft, sealing and putting the system into operation. At the same time, we carry out the revision, repair or assembly of platforms in areas of difficult access, such as the shaft of a chimney, silo or storage tank. We also disassemble large pieces of structures, such as turbine outlet silencers, including the management of lifting maneuvers and their auxiliary means (cranes) if necessary.
